Job summary

SSOE Group in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Controller III to support the Architecture Practice Group. You will partner with Project Managers, Architects, and Practice Leadership to drive financial performance and project outcomes.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting; you will develop dashboards, monitor schedules, and help optimize resource use across a diverse portfolio of architectural projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 7+ years in project controls or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and project performance reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance and profitability.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Analyze costs, schedules, and backlog to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports for leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior team members and support proposals.
