Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead cost controls, forecasting, and reporting, coordinating with stakeholders and the PM team to keep programs within budget.

The role requires deep expertise in TIC management, Primavera P6 integration, and supervising a project controls group across EPC projects. A relevant degree and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience on multi-project EPC initiatives and cost coordination.
• Experience aligning construction cost with Primavera P6 schedules.
• Experience in project controls and financial issues across programs.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Spartanburg, SC.
• Led teams on multi-million/billion EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting.
• Provide client management updates and presentations at all levels.
• Assist the Project Controls team under the Program Project Services Director.
• Coordinate cost controls with scheduling and commercial operations.
