Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a driven Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will lead the program's cost controls, forecasting, and reporting, providing updates and presentations to client management and executives.

With 20+ years in project cost controls, you will align costs with Primavera P6 schedules, manage field progress data, and mentor the Project Controls team.

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of project cost controls experience.
• Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting.
• Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress / quantities installed.
• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues.
• Experience in aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule.
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues.
• Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC – per diem package offered.
• Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.
• Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.
