Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Capital Operations Project Controls Lead to partner with construction PMs and enable the Design & Construction org. You will establish cost category structures, implement cost forecasting, and collaborate with Corporate Finance to deliver portfolio capex reporting.

You will also manage the cost database and support annual capital planning. As a bridge to FP&A, you’ll translate project data for forecasting, variance analysis, and board-level reporting,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in construction management or project controls.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build models and present data clearly.
• Strong communication with executives and ability to travel up to 10%.
• U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost category structure and WBS across projects.
• Forecast costs with cash flow and accruals; train PMs.
• Collaborate on capex reporting with Corporate Finance.
• Own and evolve Historical Cost Database for future estimates.
• Support budget approval with Strategic Real Estate and Head of Site Due Diligence.
• Develop annual capital plan with PMs and Real Estate.
• Bridge between Design & Construction and FP&A for forecasting and board reporting.
