Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategy & Operations lead for Capital Projects within the Design & Construction organization. You will embed on megaprojects, build tools and analytics, and ensure projects stay on track.

You will frame executive-level decisions using cost and timing analyses, and support early facility conceptualization while aligning with security and real estate stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, or internal operations.
• Experience in Design & Construction, or ability to ramp into the domain quickly.
• Able to take feedback and continuously improve performance.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort communicating with senior leaders and preserving clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Construction Project Managers on megaprojects to ensure scope is captured and updates reach executives.
• Lead recurring stakeholder meetings, set deadlines, and enforce critical-path action items.
• Frame executive decisions by building analyses of cost and timing tradeoffs.
• Support early facility conceptualization and validate requirements before design kicks off.
