Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a seasoned Construction/Project Controls leader to support our Capital Operations within Design & Construction. You will shape cost structures, drive budgets, and collaborate with finance and stakeholders to deliver complex facilities and secure spaces for advanced defense technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction management or project controls.
• Excel and PowerPoint modeling skills and ability to present to executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost category structure and WBS across all projects.
• Forecast costs, cash flow, and cost accruals; train Construction PMs.
• Lead capital budget approval for megaprojects to small renovations in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance for monthly, quarterly, and annual capex planning.
• Own and evolve the Historical Cost Database for future estimates and benchmarking.
• Develop governance processes, templates, and SOPs for project charters and approvals.
• Oversee PMO staff and, if needed, set up PMIS for new projects.
