Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategy & Operations lead for Capital Projects within the Design & Construction organization. You will embed with project managers on megaprojects, build analyses to inform cost and timing decisions, and drive data-backed outcomes across our facilities.

The role emphasizes executive communications, cross-functional leadership, and building early-stage tooling (Excel to industry software) to accelerate project delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or similar
• Ability to ramp into Design & Construction domain quickly and deliver impact
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Self-driven and proactive with excellent communication to executives
• Comfortable leading cross-functional meetings and stakeholder management
• US Person status due to access requirements

Responsibilities

• Embed with Construction Project Managers on megaprojects to ensure scope capture and clear executive updates
• Frame executive decisions by building analyses of cost and timing tradeoffs
• Support early facility conceptualization and validate operational requirements before design kickoff
• Create financial dashboards, approval flows, and design standards to improve processes
