Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategy & Operations lead for Capital Projects within Design & Construction in Washington, DC. You will embed with Construction Project Managers on megaprojects to ensure scope is captured and updates reach executives quickly.

You will frame executive decisions with analyses of cost and timing tradeoffs, develop tooling and analytics to run the organization, and support early facility conceptualization and site turnovers to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or similar.
• Experience in Design & Construction or ability to ramp quickly.
• Strong feedback orientation and growth mindset.
• Self-driven with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent communication with executives; able to lead meetings and manage stakeholders.
• US Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Embed with project managers on megaprojects to capture scope and report to executives.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, enforce deadlines, and maintain project velocity.
• Build analyses showing cost and timing tradeoffs for design/construction.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to measure and improve processes.
