Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategy & Operations lead for Capital Projects to drive analytics and tools that help run large megaprojects—from advanced-manufacturing plants to secure facilities. You will embed with Construction Project Managers, frame cost and timing tradeoffs, and prepare executive-ready analyses that support critical decisions.

You’ll develop dashboards, data models, and approval workflows while collaborating with finance, real estate, and engineering teams to accelerate

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or a role focused on getting stuff done.

Responsibilities

• Megaproject Support: embed with PMs on megaprojects to capture scope and deliver updates to executives.
• Design & Construction Tooling & Analytics: build dashboards/reports; create approval flows; leverage Excel and Palantir Foundry for insights.
• Site Turnovers: own the last mile of launching facilities; drive punchlists to zero and ensure infra ready for teams.
• Special Projects & Executive Support: prepare briefings for senior executives; lead multi-stakeholder projects.
