Job summary

VSolvit, LLC is seeking a Project Control Analyst 3 to support project teams in monitoring schedule, cost, and performance from start to finish. You will track timelines, milestones, budgets and expenditures, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The role includes skilled financial tracking for government contracts, EACs, and ETCs, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in Project Control/Financial Analyst roles on government contracts.
• Deep knowledge of FAR/DFAR and government contracting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress from start to finish using tools to track timelines, budgets and expenses.
• Review contract set ups in the accounting system at startup to confirm proper setup.
• Track, analyze and report progress on contracts of varying size and complexity with limited supervision.
• Capture costs incurred and commitments and compare against plans.
• Develop Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EACs) from inputs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Program Management and Contracts & Pricing teams.
• Prepare Monthly Program Review presentations and financial deliverables.
• Develop ROMs/Cost Estimates for task order pricing units.
• Process LOF notices and RAFs; maintain WBS efforts as required.
• Engage with customers or COR on questions/concerns/issues.
• Analyze trends and variances to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports on project status, progress and costs for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation repository and ensure access to latest information.
• Support PMs with planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects.
• Provide training on project control systems and conduct post-project reviews.
