Pro Staff in Baltimore, MD is seeking a detail-oriented Program Control Analyst to support government-funded programs through financial analysis, cost reporting, forecasting, and contract compliance. The role emphasizes EVM, government contracting, and project controls.

You will prepare reports, assist EVMS reporting, maintain baselines, identify risks, and collaborate with program managers. A DoD security clearance is required; strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in government contracting, program controls, or project finance environments.
• Knowledge of EVMS principles and cost/schedule management practices.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government acquisition processes.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Deltek Cobra, RPlan, or similar financial/project management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support program cost and schedule performance tracking, forecasting, and Estimate at Complete (EAC) development.
• Prepare financial, staffing, and performance reports for program leadership.
• Assist with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain program baselines and monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Identify program risks, opportunities, and cost variances.
• Support proposal development, solicitation reviews, and contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to support project success.
