Job summary

VSolvit LLC is seeking a Project Control Analyst 3 to support project teams by monitoring schedule, cost, and performance from initiation to completion. You will track timelines, budgets, and expenditures, prepare reports, and maintain documentation to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

The role requires advanced Excel skills and strong communication. You will also handle financial tracking for government contracts, develop EACs/EACs, and collaborate with Finance, PM and Contracts teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in a Project Control Analyst/Project Financial Analyst role with government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress from start to finish using schedule, cost and performance data.
• Review contract setups in the accounting system at startup for accuracy.
• Track and report progress on contracts of varying size and complexity with limited supervision.
• Capture costs incurred and commitments and compare against plans.
• Develop Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Work with Finance, Program Management and Contracts & Pricing teams.
• Prepare Monthly Program Review presentations and financial deliverables.
