Job summary

LMI is seeking a Project Control Analyst to support government contracting programs with rigorous financial management. You will work with Program Management Teams to develop budgets, track labor and non-labor spend, and ensure accuracy in forecasts and EACs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project control for government contracts, proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, and strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of project/program control experience for a government contractor.
• Deltek Costpoint experience required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Attention to data accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update project budgets, forecasts, EACs, and related reports.
• Set up project labor workforce and track spend against budgets.
• Monitor expenditures for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and report project financial performance and propose corrective actions.
• Support subcontractor cost management and invoicing processes.
• Assist with risk tracking and client status reports as needed.
• Coordinate with pricing and program teams on proposals and cost estimates.
