• 5+ years of billing/invoicing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus.
• Ability to manage a large monthly volume of invoices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers/Project Accounting Manager to ensure complex billing arrangements are followed prior to finalizing invoices.
• Facilitate the preparation and submission of draft invoices and provide variance analysis as requested.
• Coordinate monthly distribution of drafts to Project Managers for review and revisions.
• Monitor completion of suggested revisions and finalization of invoices.
• Analyze invoices to ensure compliance with client contracts and invoicing guidelines.
• Complete billing requests as directed by Project Managers.
• Research aging AR balances and provide guidance on action for balances.
• Handle client revision requests in a timely manner.
• Make corrections to time entries as needed.
• Identify issues with billing information and escalate as needed.
• Review client guidelines to ensure proper setup of matters for e-billing prior to submission.
• Submit invoices through various e-billing portals and monitor client accounts for timely submission.
• Update annual billing rates and apply to client matters as requested.
• Work with Project Managers and Project Accounting Manager to resolve issues with rejected invoices.
• Monitor external e-billing websites for updates.
• Provide monthly estimates or accruals for client billing upon request.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.
