Job summary

CMTA, a Legence Company, seeks a Project Billing Analyst to join the Dublin, OH team. You will collaborate with Project Managers to produce monthly billings, set up projects in Deltek, and generate comprehensive billing packages including invoices, pay apps, and SVs.

This role emphasizes accuracy, process improvement, and timely financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and related billing experience; knowledge of Deltek

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; relevant billing experience accepted.
MS Excel proficiency essential.
Deltek experience a plus.
A/E and/or Construction industry experience desirable.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Set up projects in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Produce customer billing packages (invoices, pay apps, SVs, affidavits, portal entries).
Generate monthly billing packages for PM review and markup.
Post and issue invoices in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Assist staff accountant, PMs, and executives with project financials and metrics.
Research and resolve billing issues; support collections.
