Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for major projects and maintain long-term relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects and staffing plans, ensuring schedule, scope, and budget alignment.
• Lead pursuit activities, RFQ/RFP responses, and bid proposals with group leadership.
• Coach and mentor project managers and coordinators to improve leadership and execution.
