Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Programs Level 3 for the Advanced Electronic Warfare area in Linthicum, MD. Lead a technical S&T team through all program phases, ensuring on-time, on-cost delivery and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have DoD program experience, strong leadership, and a background in RF/sensor technologies; U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM with 8 years of experience, or Master’s with 6 years.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government/DoD programs, proposals, and contracts.
• Experience as both technical contributor and leader on engineering/R&D programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with cost, schedule, and performance responsibility.
• Experience delivering technical/programmatic briefings to customers and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for planning, analysis, reporting, scheduling, and presentations.
• Experience as CAM and/or using Earned Value Management.
• U.S. citizenship is required and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical S&T team focused on Advanced Sensor and multi-function capabilities.
• Oversee all program phases from inception to completion.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program.
• Allocate resources and conduct workforce planning.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and partners; deliver briefings to senior stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support capture planning.
