Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM; 8+ years experience or Master’s with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical S&T team focused on Advanced Sensor and multi-function capabilities.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program.
• Allocate and manage program resources including workforce planning.
• Measure and report program performance to stakeholders.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Deliver presentations to customers and senior leadership.
• Identify new business opportunities through long-term planning and capture efforts.
• Manage customer and/or capital property.
