Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD, is seeking a Manager Programs 2 to support the Microelectronics Center’s Advanced Packaging team. This onsite role focuses on shaping and executing advanced packaging technology development, prototyping, and maturation programs.

You will lead cost, schedule, and technical performance, interface with customers and suppliers, and drive bid and proposal activities while ensuring contractual requirements are met. U.S. Citizenship and Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 6+ years; or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience leading teams to deliver tasks on schedule and cost targets.
• Experience in microelectronics, advanced packaging, or related technology programs.
