Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 2 for the Advanced Systems portfolio, based full-time onsite in Baltimore, MD. You will lead international and domestic sustainment programs, drive schedule, cost and technical performance, and manage cross-functional teams and customer interfaces to protect program interests.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s with 8+ years or a Master’s with 6+ years, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing program performance using KPIs, cost, schedule and technical measures
• Experience leading cross-functional/matrixed teams
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance

Responsabilidades

• Forge and sustain strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to meet program cost, schedule and technical targets
• Define, track and enforce milestones; maintain master schedules and manage risks
• Lead stakeholder engagement with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and support
• Deliver executive‑level briefings to senior leaders and customers
• Cultivate customer relationships to identify and pursue additional opportunities
• Negotiate and shape contracts, amendments, budgets and milestones to protect program interests
