Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems is seeking a Manager, Programs Level 1 to lead cross‑functional R&D programs in the Emerging Capabilities Development group at Linthicum, MD. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinating with customers, vendors, and IPTs to ensure successful startup, execution, and delivery of advanced RF sensor and electronic warfare projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) with 3–5+ years of DoD program experience, active Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years in DoD/program management.
• Experience in software-defined RF sensor/electronic warfare systems or related RF tech.
• Experience leading program execution with cost, schedule, and technical performance responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of program tasks.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and support organizations.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management; monitor change management.
