Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; or a Master’s with 6 years’ experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP prior to start.
• Experience in RF subsystems and familiarity with EM software tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative RF systems across product lifecycles and programs.
• Prototype, test, and support production using RF modeling, antenna measurements, and related equipment.
• Lead cross-functional IPT coordination and mentor junior engineers.
