Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency, seeks an Associate Director of Programmatic Strategy & Activation to own the expansion of our programmatic services and advance the department's strategic vision. You will lead cross‑functional initiatives, define KPIs, manage key partner relationships, and guide campaigns across DSPs (TTD, DV360) to drive growth for SaaS and B2B clients.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies.
• 2+ years of demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience driving programmatic growth across B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
• Strong understanding of how programmatic and other channels work together to surpass client KPIs.
• Proven track record in programmatic media planning and measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in building campaigns in DSPs (TTD, Nexxen, DV360).
• ABM experience.
• Experience supporting new business pitches and client presentations.
• Ability to provide clear POVs and programmatic leadership for LD.
