Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic Strategy & Activation to own expansion of our Programmatic services and lead the department's strategic vision. You will drive growth for B2B/SaaS clients, oversee programs, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in programmatic roles in advertising/media environments.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Experience growing programmatic services for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets >$50k/mo.
• Understanding how programmatic works with paid and organic channels.
• Proven track record in media planning and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive programmatic strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align programmatic initiatives with business objectives.
• Define KPIs and analyze campaign performance for client growth.
• Manage relationships with programmatic partners and vendors.
• Act as a thought leader to inform strategy and training.
