Job summary

Goldbelt Apex seeks an experienced Program/Project Coordinator – Functional Team Lead in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on senior-level coordination and cross-team process alignment within a government-facing environment.

You will manage calendars, meetings, and staff packages, while supporting sensitive information handling and travel coordination. This full-time on-site position offers growth with the Goldbelt Apex team.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage numerous simultaneous efforts and deadlines.
• Ability to handle CUI, proprietary, acquisition-sensitive, and other sensitive information.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative/program coordination support across the organization.
• Coordinate taskers, meetings, agendas, minutes, staffing packages, correspondence, and suspense tracking.
• Support personnel in-processing, organization charts, rosters, records, purchase requests, travel/visitor coordination, and office operations.
• Administer or support ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, SharePoint, OneNote, and related Government systems.
• Coordinate and standardize administrative processes across teams.
