Job summary

Draper is seeking a Supervisor 2, Program Planner/Scheduler in Reston, VA. You will lead a team of planning professionals and manage the program IMS using MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools, ensuring contract baselines reflect changes and that schedules align with EVMS and DFARS requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in program management/planning. A Secret clearance is required, with hybrid work in Reston, VA and competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience with developing IMS and scheduling baselines.
• Strong EVMS knowledge and related government compliance.
• Proven ability to manage junior planning staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning team supporting Draper divisions.
• Develop and maintain IMS in MS Project per customer requirements.
• Ensure IMS complies with government and contractual baselines.
• Coordinate with finance, engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Support EAC and LRE processes related to the IMS.
