Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Clifton, NJ seeks a Lead Program Planner/Scheduler to manage complex Integrated Master Schedules for defense programs. You will develop IMS from requirements, cost bases, and execution inputs, using MS Project Server and EVMS in a DoD DFARs environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or 15 years of related experience in lieu of degree) and the ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of program planning/scheduling experience (15 years if no degree).
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with MS Project Server.
• Analyze subcontractor and internal schedules for critical path and milestones.
• Coordinate with CAMs and IPTs to reflect work scope in the schedule.
• Generate periodic status reports and schedule variance analyses.
• Perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) on key programs.
• Brief leadership up to the executive level on schedule matters.
