Draper Labs in Reston, VA is seeking a Supervisor 2, Program Planner/Scheduler to lead a team of planning professionals and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan. The role ensures schedule baselines meet contract requirements and government rules.

You will coordinate with finance, engineering, procurement, operations, and quality to integrate programs, support EAC/LRE processes, and drive disciplined planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling; Master's degree may substitute for 5 years.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Planning professionals supporting divisions within Draper's business units.
• Develop and maintain the IMS in MS Project per customer requirements and contract baselines.
• Ensure IMS complies with government requirements across all program phases and is properly resource-loaded.
