Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking experienced Program Planner/Schedulers with hands-on MS Project or Open Plan expertise and DoD contracting experience operating in an Earned Value Management environment.

US Citizenship is required and an active security clearance is preferred. You will lead the architecture of scheduling frameworks, develop resource-loaded IMS, and support EVMS across proposal and post-award projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD contracting and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• US citizenship required. Active security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / IMP).
• Develop Resource Loaded IMS for proposal projects per scheduling policies.
• Develop/baseline Resource Loaded IMS for post-award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRAs).
• Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.
