Job summary

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a Supervisor 2, Program Planner/Scheduler to manage and optimize program IMS schedules. This role requires expertise in EVMS and IMS best practices and will liaise with customers on scheduling matters.

You will lead junior planners and ensure IMS compliance across program phases, coordinating with multiple functions to integrate plans and budgets. Security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Program Management and/or Program Planning & Scheduling with a Bachelor's Degree; Master’s degree may substitute.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Planning professionals supporting divisions within Draper’s business units.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project.
• Ensure IMS is compliant with government requirements and contract baselines.
• Coordinate with finance, engineering, procurement, operations, and other functions for integrated plans.
• Support EAC and LRE processes related to the IMS.
• Develop the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional.
