Job summary

ClearPlan, LLC. is seeking experienced Program Planner/Schedulers with hands-on expertise in MS Project or Open Plan and DoD contracting experience operating in an Earned Value Management environment.

US Citizenship is required, and active security clearance is preferred. The role involves leading scheduling architecture and maintaining IMS across both proposal and post-award projects from our Marietta, GA operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Project or Open Plan in a DoD contracting environment.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes and cost/schedule integration.
• Familiarity with DCMA 14 Point Analysis and schedule health checks.
• US citizenship required; active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS / Integrated Master Plan).
• Develop Resource Loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for proposals.
• Develop/baseline Resource Loaded IMS for post-award projects per DI-MGMT-81861.
• Support the implementation of Earned Value Management and cost/schedule integration.
• Maintain Resource Loaded IMS and forecasting.
• Conduct DCMA 14 Point Analysis and related schedule health checks.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
• Maintain EVMS processes with data tracking and analysis.
