Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting is seeking experienced Program Planners with hands-on expertise in Program Planning/Scheduling for DoD contracts. Expect to lead architecture of planning frameworks, develop resource-loaded IMS, and support EVMS integration across proposal, development, production and sustainment phases.

Positions involve travel to client sites (about 25%), and US citizenship is required with security clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading program planning and scheduling on DoD contracts.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and DCMA 14 Point Analysis.
• Active or preferred security clearance is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture of Program Planning & Control framework (WBS/IMS).
• Develop/resource-loaded IMS for proposals and post-award projects.
• Support EVMS integration and schedule health analyses.
• Maintain IMS and conduct SRAs and forecasting.
