Prattwhitney is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional for the Program Design & Planning organization in Plano, TX. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the IMS/IMS baseline, integrating cost, schedule and technical requirements, and delivering schedule metrics.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in planning or PM, or an advanced degree with 5+ years, plus experience with MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan and EVMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of program planning or PM experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan).
• Experience developing IMS and evaluating critical path or workflow.
• Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze the Program Master Phasing Schedule and IMS.
• Lead integration of program solutions into the IMS baseline plan with cost, schedule and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain IMS in compliance with IPDS and program life cycle; review planned work for accuracy.
• Provide weekly/monthly planning metrics, conduct Schedule Risk Analysis, mentor junior planners.
