Job summary

Draper is seeking a Supervisor 2, Program Planner/Scheduler to lead a team and manage Integrated Master Schedule across divisions. The role requires expertise in EVMS/IMS, MS Project, and cross-functional coordination with finance, engineering, procurement, and operations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in program planning, with preference for experience in government programs and DFARS EV. Reston, VA hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Planning professionals supporting divisions within Draper’s business units.
• Develop and maintain IMS in MS Project per customer requirements.
• Ensure IMS is compliant with government customer requirements through all program phases.
• Manage EAC and LRE processes related to the Program IMS.
• Coordinate with program office to integrate plans across finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality.
