Saab, Inc. seeks a Lead Program Performance Management Analyst to support complex schedules and EVMS compliance. This role emphasizes MS Project proficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and robust schedule management in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers full-time remote work with responsibilities ranging from baselining and performance analysis to mentoring PM teams and integrating cost/schedule data across IPTs. Strong DoD/EVM experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years’ experience in a technical, business, military, or government contractor environment
• Proficiency in MS Project, EVMS, Deltek Cobra and related PM tools

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters
• Monitor program performance and estimate at complete, review with program teams
• Mentor PM teams in scheduling tools and processes; ensure EVMS compliance
• Coordinate cost and schedule data with subcontractors and material data
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership
