Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Sr. Program Administrator to provide customer support for a portfolio of accounts with varying complexity.

The role involves data entry in diverse systems, handling orders and credits, and coordinating with Accounts Receivable and plants to resolve issues. The candidate should have 5+ years of customer service experience, strong Oracle/Excel skills, and the ability to shift priorities as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Experience with Oracle and Excel.
• Strong data entry and administrative accuracy.
• Ability to manage changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely data entry in customer service software (SCC, smart vault, SFTP3, RMA, ORACLE).
• Write up new orders, Change Orders, Credit & Rebills.
• Assist Accounts Receivable, process RMAs, review customer Score Cards.
• Facilitate customer and plant discussions for problem solving.
• Conduct post-shipment follow-up and resolve payment/status issues.
