Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Senior Program Administrator to provide customer support across a portfolio of accounts with varying levels of complexity. The role involves data entry in multiple systems, handling orders, credits, and rebates, and assisting with AR, RMAs, and scorecard reviews.

Key responsibilities include facilitating discussions for problem-solving, coordinating with plants and customers, and performing post-shipment follow-up to ensure timely information and payment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• 10-key by touch and data entry accuracy are essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and maintain detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately in Customer Service software (SCC quoting, smart vault, SFTP3, RMA, Oracle).
• Prepare and process new orders, change orders, credits, and rebills.
• Support Accounts Receivable, RMA processing, and review customer scorecards.
• Facilitate discussions with customers and plants to drive problem solving.
• Provide post-shipment follow-up with shipment info and payment status.
