Job summary

The Associate Director of Program Operations at the University of Georgia will provide operational leadership for the planning and logistical execution of Executive Education programs across both custom corporate engagements and open enrollment offerings. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 8 years of professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate operational workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and logistics coordination for Executive Education programs.
• Develop standardized program planning processes, templates, and operational timelines.
• Ensure operational readiness for all programs, including facilities scheduling, materials preparation, and vendor coordination.
• Supervise program delivery staff including Assistant Directors of Program Delivery and Program Coordinator.
• Coordinate with Director of Operations & Learner Experience to scale operations across the portfolio.
