You will manage end-to-end programming and CRM data for 7,000+ annual registrations, directing budget design and cross-site coordination. The role requires collaboration with university administrators, volunteer committees, instructors, donors, and external partners to advance public service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and enrollment workflows.
• Experience coordinating volunteer committees and adult learner programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end multi-site programming across Athens, Lawrenceville, and online platforms.
• Direct CRM data infrastructure and reporting for 7,000+ annual registrations.
• Lead budgeting design and community outreach initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between university administrators, volunteers, instructors, donors, and external partners.
