Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of Executive Programs clients from kickoff through delivery and closeout.
Lead client kickoff meetings and establish engagement cadence, responsibilities and communication plans.
Monitor milestones, budgets, scope and success measures for program engagements.
Advise internal partners on client expectations, risks, and actions needed to protect satisfaction and outcomes.
Identify renewal opportunities and coordinate with business development for growth.
Maintain accurate client activity and program reporting in CRM and other systems.
