Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to lead enterprise workforce planning strategy, processes, and governance, ensuring talent and capacity to meet long-term objectives.

You will partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and leaders to translate business plans into forecasts, scenarios, headcount plans, and analytics, with a hybrid in-office model and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR/analytics/finance/business,

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-year, annual, and quarterly workforce planning cycles across the enterprise.
• Translate business plans into workforce plans and talent requirements with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and maintain workforce forecasting models based on growth, demand, and priorities.
• Create workforce scenarios to evaluate hiring demand, attrition, productivity, and investments.
• Collaborate with Finance to align forecasts with budgets and planning assumptions.
• Monitor plans against outcomes and adjust as conditions evolve.
