Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Workforce Planning Program Manager to lead enterprise workforce planning governance, position management, and data-driven decision support. You will partner with HRIS, HRBPs, Compensation, and Finance to align plans with organizational structure and reporting outputs.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, system knowledge, and experience in Workday and Adaptive Planning. You will drive scalable processes and dashboards to enhance planning accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant Workday/Adaptive certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, governance, and documentation of workforce planning processes, tools, and reporting.
• Evaluate position and organizational changes for alignment with workforce plans and identify impacts.
• Provide analysis and escalation support for changes affecting headcount and planning governance.
• Create and maintain Workday positions aligned with approved workforce plans and standards.
• Review Workday data to identify misalignments, risks, or data quality issues and improve accuracy.
• Advise HRIS on supervisory organization updates and related Workday activities.
• Improve Workday position management, supervisory structures, and open position processes.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for better planning and governance.
• Develop and expand Workday reporting for workforce planning and organizational structure.
• Drive expansion of Adaptive Planning for workforce planning with data validation and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Compensation and Finance for headcount inputs and financial impact analyses.
• Translate complex data into clear summaries for HR and senior leaders.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and projects related to workforce planning and talent strategy.
