Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager to lead enterprise workforce planning, forecasting, and budgeting alignment. You will partner with executives, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to translate strategy into scalable workforce plans and risk management.

This hybrid Denver-based role drives data-driven decisions to optimize headcount and investments. The role reports to the Director, People Business Partners and requires strong analytics and storytelling to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive workforce planning, analytics and reporting.
• Experience developing workforce forecasts, headcount models and scenario planning.
• Experience partnering with executive and senior leaders to support strategic planning.
• Experience integrating workforce planning with budgeting and financial planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 3-year, annual, and quarterly workforce planning cycles across the enterprise.
• Translate business plans into workforce plans and talent requirements.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models and workforce scenarios.
• Partner with Finance to align forecasts and budgets with planning assumptions.
• Monitor plans against actual outcomes and adjust for changes.
