Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of program management experience with large service providers (e.g., Verizon).
- 8+ years of technical experience in wireless telecommunications.
- Deep knowledge of wireless networks (Macro Cells, Small Cells, Packet Core).
- Strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with key customer contacts.
- Direct the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems.
- Manage technical programs including FOAs and trials.
- Establish strong relationships with engineering, sales, and product teams within Samsung.
- Manage cross-functional teams to enable the launch of new solutions/software packages.
