Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience with large service providers (e.g., Verizon).
• 8+ years of technical experience in wireless telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with key customer contacts (Verizon).
• Direct the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems.
• Manage technical programs including FOAs and trials.
• Establish strong relationships with engineering, sales, and product teams within Samsung.
• Manage cross-functional teams to enable the launch of new solutions/software packages.
