Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and data-visualization skills for reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing external partners or vendors delivering critical services.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and establish KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of field service programs and projects.
• Define processes, establish tracking mechanisms, and ensure performance aligns with strategic objectives.
• Lead day-to-day management of partners and vendor relationships to ensure alignment, accountability, and service quality across the field service network.
• Design, build, and maintain reports that adapt to evolving business needs, providing leadership and field teams with accurate, timely visibility into performance metrics.
• Align and maintain KPIs and goals, monitoring the service network’s performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate performance results, program updates, and storytelling to senior leadership.
