Job summary

Amazon in Bellevue, WA seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead strategy and execution for new customer delivery offerings in the SSD network. You will own end-to-end program lifecycle, from pilot design to scale, shaping speed, precision, and scheduling capabilities while driving expansion and sustainability frameworks.

You will collaborate with operations, science, tech, finance, and CX teams to ensure offerings scale with confidence and deliver high-visibility impact at leadership level.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings.
• Lead the economic sustainability workstream with finance to model cost scenarios.
• Drive cross-functional cadence across operations, science, tech, and CX teams.
• Synthesize leadership reviews with performance, insights, and projections.
• Define and manage the customer insights integration plan.
• Develop the decision framework for operating model adjustments and cost levers.
• Identify and resolve blockers to scale, including blockers to deployment.
• Ensure learnings from pilot sites transfer to expansion sites.
