Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations Excellence team in the Bellevue, WA area to define benchmarks, scale the SSD network, and lead roadmaps for growth and on-time delivery during peak events.

The role emphasizes solving operational problems with short-term and long-term tech solutions, partnering with multiple organizations, and communicating results to senior leadership while owning end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for the program and the necessary initiatives to uphold that strategy.
• Self-identify problem statements and opportunities and present to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources across teams to drive prioritization discussions.
• Manage and deliver results on complex programs across multiple organizations.
• Gather business requirements for BI integration and negotiate improvements and features.
