Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of new customer-facing delivery offerings within the Sub‑Same Day (SSD) network. This role owns the end-to-end program lifecycle—from pilot design through network-wide scale—for initiatives that introduce faster, more precise delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the expansion strategy and roadmap for new customer delivery offerings, including site sequencing and scale inputs for leadership.
• Lead the economic sustainability workstream with finance to model cost scenarios and inform go/no-go decisions.
• Drive cross-functional cadence across fulfillment and delivery operations, science and tech teams to ensure capability readiness and timely launches.
• Synthesize performance, customer insights, and financial projections for leadership reviews and expansion decisions.
• Define and manage the CX insights integration plan to inform acceptable trade-offs at scale.
• Develop the monetization framework and operating model adjustments based on data maturity and thresholds.
• Identify blockers to scale and coordinate resolution to accelerate time-to-operational maturity.
• Ensure learnings from pilots transfer to expansion sites to reduce launch instability.
