Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in program management, technology programs, experiential learning, workforce development, higher education, nonprofit administration, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of technology fields, including software development, AI, cybersecurity, data science, cloud technologies, and emerging technology trends.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead for Code+ and support Duke's broader Special Programs portfolio.
• Collaborate with faculty, researchers, technology leaders, industry partners, and students to create innovative project opportunities.
• Address real-world challenges and support Duke's educational and research mission.
